The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms, plus a baby in a cot/crib (Please bring your own bedding for the cot)

For the comfort and safety of all guests smoking is Strictly Prohibited within our home.The Villa is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World; Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 20 minutes. This is one of the major reasons why Glenbrook is such a sought after holiday location.

Our villa has a south facing pool and spa for all day sunshine.

Unlike some villas which back onto fences, walls or other properties, our villa has unrestricted views over a lake providing not only a pleasant outlook but added privacy.

Directions will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival and keys are picked up on site.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

In the Family Room there is a 42" Flat Screen High Definition Cable TV, DVD, Playstation 2 with games and a full Stereo/Hi-fi. Each Master Bedroom has a 22" Flat Screen High Definition Cable TV with built in DVD. Each Twin Bedroom has Cable TV with built in DVD. There are tennis racquets for our more active guests and board games for the less active!

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for an additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommended pool heating from October through to April. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°). There is a Pool Cover which should be used overnight to prevent heat loss.

There are many new Shopping Areas just a short drive from the villa. There is a Supermarket (Sweetbay) and two chemists (Walgreens & CVS) within walking distance. The Premium outlet mall is only 15 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc.).

There is a wealth of restaurants on Highway 192 including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGIs, Dennys along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver. Many new Restaurants have opened locally on Highway 27 - Chillies and Santa Fe are less than 1/2 mile away

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre on Highway 27 approx. one mile South of Glenbrook.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

We have access to similar quality homes within Glenbrook Resort and will happily direct you to the owners.
